In the premises of the Anenii Noi District Council, in the large meeting room, a session was held to strengthen the competencies of the secretaries of local administrations in the Anenii Noi district, focusing on the raising and assignment of mandates for councilors in local councils.

During the session, the role of the local council secretary in the procedure for raising and assigning local councilor mandates was reiterated. The most recent amendments to the regulations were discussed, as well as the normative provisions that pose difficulties in the procedure for raising and assigning local elected mandates. The procedures for restoring the descending order were analyzed, along with the conditions under which one returns to the descending order and the important aspects that require increased attention from local council secretaries.

The President of the Anenii Noi Electoral District Council expressed openness to collaboration in order to ensure a fair process for managing local elected mandates.
