The electoral council of the Leova district electoral constituency no. 22 informs interested persons that, in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Code, the Regulation on the certification of training/specialization in the electoral field, approved by the Central Electoral Commission, and the Schedule for conducting certification exams for training/specialization in the electoral field in the 2026 session, approved by the order of the Director of the Continuous Training Center in the Electoral Field (CICDE) no. 10-a of March 4, 2026, a certification session for training/specialization in the electoral field is being held in the Republic of Moldova.
The process is organized by the Public Institution "Continuous Training Center in the Electoral Field" (CICDE) in collaboration with the second-level electoral councils and aims to evaluate and certify the knowledge of individuals who are active or intend to be active within electoral bodies.
Starting with the 2025 session, the entire certification process is digitized and takes place through the Information System for Certification in the Electoral Field (SICDE). Through this platform, candidates create their user account, submit their file, register for the exam, take the certification test, and obtain the certificate in electronic format.
In the Leova district, the certification exam will take place on August 18, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM, with physical presence, in the large meeting room of the Leova District Council.
The exam is conducted in electronic format, on a computer, and participation is possible only for individuals who:
have an active account in the Information System for Certification in the Electoral Field (SICDE);
have an approved certification file;
have registered in advance for the planned exam.
Interested persons are encouraged to complete the registration steps in advance and to consult the available preparation materials on the SICDE platform.
