On September 4, 2026, the Continuous Training Center in the Electoral Field (CICDE) conducted the second training webinar dedicated to the registrars of the State Register of Voters (RSA).

The Electoral Council of the Edineț District Electoral Circumscription No. 16 also participated in the event. During the webinar, secretaries of local councils who requested participation in the training were instructed in order to exercise their duties as registrars or to update their knowledge regarding the use of the State Register of Voters.

💻 The training had a practical character and aimed to strengthen the necessary competencies for the correct and efficient management of data from the RSA.

By participating in such activities, registrars enhance their knowledge and develop the necessary skills for the proper fulfillment of their duties.
