In the context of preparations for the upcoming general local elections scheduled for 2027, and the necessity of ensuring electoral bodies are staffed with certified electoral officials, the president of the Electoral Circumscription No. 28 Sângerei, Mr. Oleg Tudosan, participated in the operational meeting of the sections, directorates, and services under the Sângerei District Council, convened by the district president, Mr. Cristian Căinărean.
During this inter-institutional meeting, the president of CECE No. 28 Sângerei presented the current situation in the field of electoral certification, including the results obtained after the first certification exam held in the 2026 session. Additionally, aspects related to the estimated number of electoral officials necessary for organizing and conducting a local election, the identification of potential candidates, as well as the provision of necessary support for their registration for the certification exam were discussed.
For his part, the district president, Mr. Cristian Căinărean, reaffirmed his willingness to provide all necessary support for the logistical organization of the certification process, including the involvement of services under the District Council in informing and promoting this process.
We express our sincere gratitude for the openness and support provided and are convinced that only through effective inter-institutional collaboration and the active involvement of both public institutions and citizens will it be possible to ensure electoral bodies are staffed with well-trained and qualified electoral officials.
