On June 10, 2026, in Electoral District No. 28 Sângerei, the first certification exam in the electoral field of the 2026 session took place, organized with the physical presence of the candidates. The exam was organized by the President of Electoral Council No. 28 Sângerei and the Continuous Training Center in the electoral field, with logistical support from the Sângerei District Council.

A total of 29 candidates registered for the exam, of which 21 attended and 16 passed, resulting in a pass rate of 76.2%.

By correlating the data from the physical presence exam with the data from the online exams for the Sângerei District in the 2026 certification session, we currently have the following results:

The next certification exam with the physical presence of candidates in the Sângerei District will take place on August 12, 2026. In this context, we urge all citizens interested in the electoral field to submit their applications on the platform https://certificare.cicde.md/ in order to apply for this exam.

We remind that only holding a qualification certificate in the electoral field grants the individual the right to access the composition of electoral bodies. Moreover, for the upcoming elections, namely the General Local Elections, the number of electoral officials involved in the electoral bodies is significantly higher than in parliamentary and presidential elections. Therefore, we aim to exceed the threshold of 700 certified individuals in the Sângerei District by September 1, 2027. In this regard, we encourage political parties with the right to nominate, local authorities at both levels, as well as all citizens, to actively participate in this process, so that we can ensure the quality of the work of electoral bodies and maintain the prestige of representing an Office or an Electoral Council.
