The Electoral Council of the Edineț District Electoral Circumscription No. 16 held a working meeting with representatives of the Edineț Police Inspectorate, focused on strengthening inter-institutional cooperation in the context of the electoral process.

During the discussions, several important aspects were addressed, including:

- verification, in localities, of political advertising materials and compliance with legal provisions regarding their placement; 
- prevention and documentation of any violations of electoral legislation; 
- effective communication and coordination between institutions;

- political events;

- respect for legal competencies and the principle of institutional neutrality.

A secure electoral process requires not only adherence to procedures but also cooperation, communication, and responsibility from the involved institutions.

By strengthening dialogue and collaboration, the Edineț Electoral Council and the Edineț Police Inspectorate contribute to preventing situations that may affect the proper conduct of the electoral process and to protecting citizens' right to freely express their will.

Cooperation between institutions means shared responsibility for a safe, legal, and transparent electoral process.
