The Electoral Council of the Leova District Electoral Constituency No. 22 continues to promote dialogue and cooperation with public institutions in the district, with the aim of strengthening institutional capacities and ensuring the proper functioning of democratic processes.
In this context, the Chairwoman of the Electoral Council of the Leova District Electoral Constituency No. 22, Mrs. Roxanna Ceoric, on June 17, 2026, held a working meeting with Mrs. Ana Velicoțchi, Head of the Identity Document Issuance Service in Leova within the Public Services Agency.
During the discussions, topics of mutual interest regarding cooperation between institutions, strengthening inter-institutional dialogue, and identifying opportunities for developing collaborative relationships for the upcoming period were addressed.
Participants highlighted the important role of effective collaboration between electoral authorities and public institutions, which, through their legal responsibilities, contribute to the proper organization and conduct of electoral processes. At the same time, the necessity of maintaining ongoing communication and an efficient exchange of information, within the limits of the competencies provided by legislation, was emphasized to ensure transparent, efficient, and citizen-oriented administrative and electoral processes.
The meeting was held in a constructive spirit and reconfirmed the importance of institutional partnerships in achieving common objectives aimed at improving the quality of public services and strengthening citizens' trust in state institutions.
