According to the updated data from the State Register of Voters, the number of voters assigned to the Leova district electoral constituency No. 22 is 40,877 voters.

At the national level, there are 3,306,783 citizens with voting rights registered in the State Register of Voters, of which 2,763,156 are assigned to second-level administrative-territorial units.

The difference is represented by:

• 264,903 citizens of the Republic of Moldova who do not have a registered domicile or residence, including those who have legally emigrated beyond the borders of the country;

• 278,724 citizens with voting rights who have their registered domicile in the administrative-territorial units on the left bank of the Dniester, which are temporarily outside the sovereign control of the constitutional authorities of the Republic of Moldova.
