On August 6, 2026, the Central Electoral Commission adopted Decision No. 4667 "On the Withdrawal of a Mandate of Counselor in the Filipeni Village Council, Leova District."
The decision was adopted following the resignation request submitted by Victoria Soboli, elected counselor on the list of the Political Party "Party of Action and Solidarity" in the Filipeni Village Council, Leova District.
By the adopted decision, the mandate of counselor Victoria Soboli was withdrawn, and a counselor mandate in the Filipeni Village Council was declared vacant.
According to the CEC decision, the secretary of the Filipeni Village Council is to submit, within 15 days from the notification, the necessary documents for assigning the mandate to the next substitute candidate on the list of the Political Party "Party of Action and Solidarity."
The procedure for the withdrawal and assignment of counselor mandates is regulated by the Electoral Code No. 325/2022 and by the Regulation on the Procedure for Confirming the Legality of Elections, Validation, and Assignment of Mayoral and Counselor Mandates, approved by CEC Decision No. 1104/2023.
