Approximately one year separates us from the general local elections. In this context, the Electoral Council of Constituency No. 28 Sângerei continues the preparation processes for the election, placing particular emphasis on training potential electoral officials.

In parallel with the preparation for the certification exam scheduled for October 29, 2026, the Council urges all electoral officials, including those who already hold active qualification certificates, electoral competitors, and interested citizens, to access the online training courses provided by the Continuous Training Center in Electoral Matters (CICDE) through the distance learning platform e-learning.cicde.md.

To benefit from all the tools available on this platform, below we present a brief practical guide.

To assist beginner users, the Electoral Council of Level II Sângerei has prepared a detailed step-by-step guide, accompanied by explanatory graphic materials.

Stage I: Creating an account on the e-learning platform

To be able to follow the courses and obtain the training certificate, the first step is to set up a personal user account on the platform.

Accessing the site: Open your browser and go to the official address https://e-learning.cicde.md/.

Registration: Click the "Login" button in the upper right corner and select the option to create a new account. Fill in the form with your first name, last name, email address, and desired password.

Activating the account: Access your email inbox, open the message received from the platform, and click on the activation link to validate your personal cabinet.

Completing the profile: Log in to your personal cabinet and complete the requested personal information.

Stage II: Completing the course (we will use the course "Electoral Integrity" as an example)

After setting up your user profile, you can start the training module.

Selecting the course: From the main menu accessed on the homepage, navigate to the courses section or directly access the dedicated link https://e-learning.cicde.md/courses/details/100.

Launching the training: On the presentation page of the "Electoral Integrity" course, click the blue button "Take the course."

Studying the material: The course is structured into 6 thematic chapters. Go through the content of each chapter, and at the end, click the "Next Chapter" button to advance.

Final assessment: After completing all 6 chapters, the assessment test will be unlocked. Answer the questions and complete the test, at which point a confirmation message will appear on the screen.

Stage III: Downloading the training certificate

After successfully passing the final test, the platform automatically generates proof of completion:

Navigate to the upper menu to your Personal Cabinet.

Access the "Obtained Certificates" section.

Click the "Download" button next to the Electoral Integrity course to save the certificate in PDF format.
